Goalkeeper warm up drill:
1. At no 1 keeper shuffles through cones and backwards through cones as quick as possible.
2. Keeper the side shuffles on goal line to each post.
2. Keeper then must dive to his right hand post and quickly get up and dive to left hand post.
3. Keeper then moves to zone 3 where he/she must run and clear ball at target (small goals). Then run backwards and touch baseline and repeat until all balls are cleared.
Everything is done at maximum speed. 30 seconds rest between. Repeated 5 times.
