Rules and Conditions
3 Passing sequences as shown above. Practice each for 3 minutes each and then for the last 3 minutes players make their own decision on the passing sequence based on player movement.

Set Up
50x40. 3 goals on each side of the area.
Rules and Conditions
Directional game. Each team designates 2 'keepers' that must cover adjacent goals leaving the third goal free. Attacking team can score in any of the three goals, however they get 3 goals for scoring in the available goal. 'Keepers' can move to cover available goal but both must slide together.

Set Up
Small goals as target. Three color cones 5 yards apart with small strike box 15 yards from goal.
Rules and Conditions
Players to dribble to the strike box, leave the ball in there, sprint back around the colour cone the coach calls out and then sprint back to ball to pass into the net. First person to score wins.
Time
15 minutes. Try and keep work/rest ratio to 1:4
