Divide the group in two so there are no long lines and everyone is as active as possible.
1) The person that starts on the agility ladder will start by doing short steps in each box. Next 1 in 1 out. The leg that goes in w/knee up. 2 in 2 out, among other ones.
2) The person that is with the ball will make a pass to the person doing the agility ladder once this one ends the exercise. Once the pass is given back, this person will run out, around a cone, and switch lines (going in to make a pass).

The coach starts as the "CRAB"
1) The players will dribble the ball from red cone to red cone trying to avoid getting their ball from the "crab"
2) If the "crab" touches the ball and knocks it out of the field the player instantly becomes a crab.
3) The last one left is the winner.

PASS, CONTROL ( complex exercise for their level) I will try it out but I will have a variant w/ easier instructions.
1) Ball starts with the yellow player. This player will dribble the ball to the middle cone. Next, this player will give a pass to the green player, the green player gives the pass back in one touch and runs around the yellow ring receiving the ball back from the yellow teammate.
2) Once the ball is back to the green player this one will do the same as the starting play but now with the red teammate.
VARIANT ( easy version)
1) each player will dribble a ball do the middle orange cone back to their respective yellow ring and pass the ball to their teammate on their right. One this player doesn't have a ball they must keep running in and out ( back and forth) until their receive the ball again.

I WILL BE DOING THIS EXERCISE FROM LAST CLASS since I did not have the number of players required to do it so.
1) The players must run to the pole and do afull turn around with their head on top of it or until the coach says ( I mightincorporate the whistle to let them know when to stop and go)
2) they must run to the first cone and grab one ball and dribblezigzag and place their ball on the opposite side, following their color patterncones. ( Make two team colors in this case red and yellow).
3) After finishing run through the middle of the exercise andsit behind your last teammate.

GAME TIME!
* Make sure teams are even.
* Give them the chance to play and apply what was learned in the session.
*Encourage the girls by cheering them up at all times.
*Only stop the game to fix 1 or 2 things but mostly let them have fun.

LEFT OF THE FIELD
1) The players should listen to the coach and follow instructions.
2) Players should dribble around the field without touching the cones.
3) When the coach dictates the players should put their balls on top of a specific color of cone and follow instructions such as:
- Knees up.
- Jump over "green" cones.
- Legs inward/outward rotation.
- Jumping jacks.
- Moving arms around while jogging.
I will be giving one instruction at a time.
4) When the players followed the coach's instruction for a few seconds I will resume the dribbling around the cones.
VARIABLE: make them pick up a specific color of cones. Keep doing the instructions in the middle until there are no more cones left on the field.
RIGHT OF THE FIELD
1) dibble the ball to the middle of the field ( red cone) and go around it twice until you phase the opposite cone you started and go around that orange cone. Keep doing the same movement until reaching 5 reps.
2) Dribble to the middle cone, fake moving left or right, and pick the opposite site to go through.
3)Dribble the ball to the middle cone and give my teammate a deep pass toward the orange cone.
4) Keep 1 ball between 2 players. Make them do passes starting close and every 1 minute make them go further away from each other until they all reach the orange cones. POINT OUT switching the leg that is receiving and passing the ball. Also, try to control and pass the ball in no more than 3 touches!
VARIANT: make sure they are close to each other -->one player passes the ball with the hands, and the other one lets the ball bounce once and makes a pass to their partner.
