2v2 defending, continous play. Attackers score into big goal, defenders look to gain posession and score in small target goals.

COACHING POINTS ( Defending Team )

. Make pitch small
. Show wide
. Prevent split passes ( Stay Compact )
. Iidentify triggers when to press. ( Bad Pass, Bad touch/control, Head Down, Aerial pass, attacking player receiving ball with back to goal.
