1v1 Dribbling Defense (15 mins)
Player with the ball trys to score a goal by dribbling to one of the cones and stopping just before the cone. Defending player, is not trying to steal the ball, but just stay in front of the ball and keep player from getting to the cone. Players cannot go pass the cones/line.

1v1 Defense (15 mins)
Players stby running to either side, the side with the ball dribbles to the middle of the box and stops when the other player gets close. The defender attacks the player keeping the ball in front of them and NOT over pursuing.

1v1 Scoring/Defending (15 mins)
1v1 trying to score to the goal accross from you. If blue scores they keep the ball, if red wins the ball they carry the ball into the circle. Progression, 2v2.

3v2 or 4v3 with Goalies (15 mins)
3v2 x2 with a goalie. or 4v3 with goalie. only 1 ball. This allows the defense to work on pressing the ball and jumping into passing lanes to try and steal the ball. Once they get the ball they can clear it to their team on they other side of the line. Each team cannot cross the line. Have the offense work on possession.
