Organization:
Two squares of 8 x 8 (16Lx8W). Four players in the first square, one player in each side of the square, another one providing depth in the other square square.
Pressure of an opponent is present in each square
Instructions:

The defender has to touch it to swap with the player that lost it
If mulples of 7 players are not available, have the same defender defend both squares.
If 6 players only, the top pivot opens into the top of the other square to make a rondo there and everyone shifts.
Coaching Points:
- Receive with furthest foot, pass with the other foot.
- Look for pass to debth when it becomes available.
- Move up and down the line for support in the following square
Progressions:
- Let the two defenders be in the same box to create a 4v2.

Instructions:
Teams are to keep possession inside of the grid. As soon as the ball goes out, the coach puts another ball in right away.
The way to score a point is by making the three passes that make a triangle. Games to 21 points.
Coaching Points:
Use furthest foot to receive the ball.
Open up hips to face way out.
Head on a swivle.

Instructions:
Team shape: 2-3-2 to maximize triangles.
Offside is in play as well as other FIFA rules.
The condition is # of passes before a goal = numbers of goals scored.
