Recieving on back foot
Description
Players stand approx 10 yards apart. Pass the ball to their team mate. Team mate needs to recieve the ball on their back foot, turn and dribble around the cone and pass back.
Coaching Points
Side foot pass, Recieve with wide hips and take the weight off the ball, drive towards the cone,turn and drive back

Crossing / Shooting
Description
Player A passes to Player B. Player B recieves on back foot, turns and then passes the ball out wide to Player A. Player A dribbles the ball down the Wing and crosses to Player B who shoots at Goal.
Coaching Points
Encourage the turn after recieving on the back foot.

Wide Positional Play
Description
Normal game rules apply. For a team to score a goal, the assist or Goal needs to come via the winger. Wingers are restricted to their zones, a player can enter to create a 2v1 only if they pass the ball in but must exit once possession is lost.
Coaching Points
Encourage players to recieve on their back foot and look for the pass out wide.
Get wide players to keep moving into space.
Switch wide players every 5 minutes

Description
Players each have a ball and stand back to back with a bib tucked down the back of their shorts (tail). When the coach calls a colour the players need to get the ball there without losing their tail. Defenders (Chasers) leave their ball where it is.
Coaching Points
Not big kicks as dribbling. Make sure you are always ready.
If going ok don't shout a colour and just hold up a coloured cone.
