  • Knees up to the third cone
  • Knees up max effort to the second cone Heels up to the third cone

  • Sprint up to the second cone back pedal to the first sprint to the third 2x

  • Single leg 10x lateral jumps over the cone, stay on the single leg hopping out to the second cone then transition to a sprint to the third cone.

After the dynamic portion have the boys circle up to perform
