Two teams: Blue + Yellow GK = team of 8 attackers / White = team of 4 defenders.
Blue score points by playing the ball from one GK to the other GK AND by completing a set number of passes (7 passes = pt). When White steals the ball they can score on either goal and Blue can transition by coming into the area to stop White from scoring.
Play 3-4 minute games and then rotate roles so every player has a rotation as a defender.
Space is roughly 30x20 yards, but adjust depending on your player's ability.

4v4+3 Positional Game
4v4+3 Positional Game (3 teams). Blue = Attackers outside of the area / White = Defenders inside of the area / Black = Neutrals (2 are targets on end lines, 1 in the middle).
Attackers have 7v4 overload and score by playing ball from one black target to the other AND by completing a set number of passes (7 passes = 1pt). When White steals the ball then they immediately transition to the outside of the area and the Blue team transitions to the inside. Rotate Neutrals after 3-5 minutes.
This game can be adapted depending on the number of players at your session. If you have 12 you can play 4v4+4, 13 can be 5v5+3, 14 can be 5v5+4, etc.
Space is roughly 24x18 yards, but adjust depending on your player's ability.
