Set Up
Two players line up facing each other on either side of a line marked by two cones. Two gate goals are angled about 10 - 15 yards away from the players.
Instructions
An attacking player begins moving and using feints without the ball staying behind the cones while the defending players shadows the attackers movements on the other side of the cones. The attacker then tries to break to a gates and it is a race to get through the gate first - not tag, just a foot race.Â
Progression
Let the players try it several times without the ball, then add the ball.
Player Tip

King of the Field (king of the court)
Set up enough "courts" to allow entire team to play at once. Court on one end will be the "Champions Court"
Players start at opposite ends of their "court" of field. Player with the ball passes to the opposite end to start the game. Player who sucessfully dribbles over the opposite end they started on in control of the ball earns 1 point. After a point is scored return to ends again and player that just scored serves the ball to restart.
Play for 30 - 45 seconds each round - at the end of each round player that wins gets to move "up" towards the Champions Court one court at a time (player that is in the Champions Court and wins will stay there). The loser from the Champions Court must move the the beginner court on the far end and work to try and win their way back to Champions Court. Losers of each round stay where they are. Players should never play each other 2 times in a row.

Ultimate "Soccer" Game
Divide the players into 4 teams, and set up two fields, for example Blue v White and Red v Black, to play the game, players play the length of the field, defending an “end zone” behind them and trying to score in the “end zone” in front of them.
You score by throwing the soccer ball to a teammate in the opposing team’s end zone where they must catch it.
If at any time a player has the ball, they must stand still and find a teammate to throw the ball to. Only people without the ball can run and move.
