ORGANISATION - 40 X 30 yds area, two teams within area the third on outside with one ball in play, coach to act as server.
PRACTICE - When say blues have the ball they simply keep possession playing v yellows within the area but when yellows gain possession they will play with reds on outside creating a 8 V 4 the coach to rotate the team working within the 8., success achieved by number of passes or length/time of possession kept.
