  • Crossing skills and movement practise (without opponent)
  • start from midfield to forward, then turn to the wings
  • set 1: Winger dribble down to zone 1, Forward and the other winger get into target A, midfielder follow up to target B
  • set 2:Winger horizontally dribble to zone 3, the other winger get into target A, forward get into target B

AIMS:

  • familiar with the crossing skills and the movement to the target zone

BEHAVIOURS:

CONDITIONS:

  • set 1> set 2> let wingers decide
