Organization: 1/.8 field split into 3 lanes-3 flat hurdles, cones, 3 tall hurdles and bownets, area of 15x20
Activity 1, 5 min- Agility course, hop over low hurdles(cracks in the road), follow the road, and go under the high hurdles(bridges).
Activity 2, 15 min- Dribble through each lane, and finish on goal. Lane 1 hop over the low hurdle, lane 2 stay on the road, lane 3 pass the ball through the hurdle and step over.
Split the group based on numbers, 6+ make 2 groups. Do each lane for 5 min.

Warm up, 5 min- Same as week 8
Activity 1, 5 min- Players dribble across to cones, pick up a cone to make an ice cream and carry it back to the start, continue back and forth until all the cones are at the other side. Repeat.
Activity 2, 15 min- Small 2M cone circle and random cones spread around at 10M distance, use 3 different colours. Players are split into 2 groups, one group of squirels wait in the circle while the other group of squirels hide the "nuts"- dribble to a specific colour cone and leave the ball, and return to their home. Once back they yell to the other squirels to find the nuts, who dribble the ball back to their home. Repeat.
Activity 3, 10 min- What time is it Mr Wolf

Organization: 1/8 field, area 1 10x10, area 2 15x20
Warm up, 5min- Follow the leader, coach jogs with players following, stop the group and have them balance on one foot, move sideways, move backwards, hop, hop on one foot. Do one movement at a time, trying to keep constant movement.
Avtivity 1, 10 min- Players dribble around area and pick up cones based on coaches direction- pick up the blue fish, or red fish and put them in the fish tank. Repeat 1 or 2 times based on interest.
Activity 2, 20 min- Sharks and minnows, have players dribble across the area while the shark tries to take away balls. When a player loses their ball they become a shark. Repeat starting with a new shark.
Progression, add small bownets to finish and play continuous back and forth.
Activity 3, 5 min- Red Light.....

Week 8 (15 mins)
Organization: 1/8 field, split area for the warm up and activity 1, cone circle is 5M across.
Warm up, 5 min- chase coach with a ball, trying to hit the coach. Every 30 seconds coach stops players and gives a command of " hop, roll, twist......" (one at a time), then continue dribbling.
Activity 1, 5min- Pllayers dribble around the cirlcle, upon coaches command they stop for the following actions-" rev the engine- fast feet, get gas- run in to coach for a high five, car wash- spin around, and pump up the tires- toe taps. Change direction after a few minutes.
