There are 3 stations for the session:
Station 1: Shooting will be Chrsitian and Allie
Station 2 Passing and Receiving will be Jeremy and Rafa
Station 3: Will be small sided games and will be run by Jason
For each station there will be 2 identical setups- this way we can be sure that players are not wasting too much time standing in line. For each station both coaches should coach both grids, just bounce back and fourth.
The coach(es) for each station will stay there and the players will move, after about 18 minutes.
So you guys, will coach the same session 3 times in 18-20 minute time slots.

Organization:
Player divided into two teams as shown
Instructions:
1. Teams start on the post with one player on each cone as shown.
2. The first player in line (player A) passes to player B on the first cone they then follow their pass, the player must recieve the ball turn and pass to Player C on the the shooting cone, and then follow their pass.
3. Player C shoots on goal and continues back to their line.
4. Players shoot with their left foot on the right side of the goal and their right foot on the left side of the goal.
Coaching Points:
1) Judging speed/ direction of ball to get into the correct position to strike with chosen surface
2) Observation of GK to decide which surface/technique is the best option.
3) Ankle locked
4) Toe down
5) Ball out of feet with first touch
6) Plant foot next to ball
7) Strike with the knuckle of your foot
8) Striking ball just off center
9) Quality of passing (receiving with correct foot)
10) Quick rotation
11) Opening up to recive on the back foot

1) Same as previous activity, excpet now after Player C takes a shot they become GK against the opposing team, adds transistion to game and also allows players to use different types of shots
Coaching Points:
1) Judging speed/ direction of ball to get into the correct position to strike with chosen surface
2) Observation of position of GK, are they recovering, can you simply pass it to the far post?
3) Ankle locked
4) Toe down
5) Ball out of feet with first touch
6) Kicking foot next to ball
7) Strike with the knuckle of your foot
8) Striking ball just off center
9) Quality of passing (receiving with correct foot)
10) Quick rotation

Organization
Three teams of four players, each set up in their own zone.
1 ball
50x20 grid, two zones of 20x20, middle zone is 10x20
Instructions:
1. White team at one end must make 3 consecutive passes before looking to switch the ball to the light blue team in the opposite end zone.
2. If team can successfully swith the ball through the middle, both attacking teams recive a point
3. Team in the middle will stay in the middle for a set period of time (45 second) if they win the ball, they score in the pugs in 3 touches or less.
4. Players should attempt to drive the ball to the other side
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of short passing, first touch, communication and movement to posses the ball
2. Quality of long pass to switch the ball.
3. Timing of long pass - Don't force it.
Progressions/Regressions:
-Increase/decrease size of areas
P1 - 1 defender caqn pressure ball in attackers zone

Organization

Instructions:
Same as previous activity: excpet now.....
when team in middle wins the ball they must transistion to take the place of the team that lost the ball. before getting out of the middle, they have to connect a pass to the team on the outside that didnt make the mistake. The team that lost the ball must then go to the middle.
For example if white is in the middle and red makes a mistake, white must pass the ball to the yellow team, then take the place of the red team, then, red is in the middle and white and yellow are on the outside.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of short passing, first touch, communication and movement to posses the ball
2. Quality of long pass to switch the ball.
3. Timing of long pass - Don't force it.
4. First look should be most dangerous pass, can you look past the first line of defender as the ball is switching.
Progressions/Regressions:
-Increase/decrease size of areas
P1 - 1 or 2 defenders can pressure ball in attackers zone
