Connect 6v6 

12 white cones in the middle

6 blue cones

6 red cones

Try to line up 3 of the same colour cones on top of the white cones positioned centrally.

once the cone is placed, run back to tag one of your teammates before they can go.

Once all cones are put down and no winner then you can run into the area to move a cone.

1v1 Warm up

Teams start facing each other.

6v6.

Each player has a ball.

Red player starts in Box to defend with blue player 1 dribbles towards player in box.  He must try beat the defending player and exit threw the other side of the box.  If successful Blue player 2 try's to get across the box to beat same defender.

If player in box wins the ball or touches out of play he grabs the ball and joins his team and the Blue player becomes Defender in the box and play would continue.

KEY POINTS

Defender be hard to beat , stay low , slow down attacker , wait for bad touch to make tackle

Attackers Loads of skills to beat man in middle , be direct , be quick
