- 3 teams
Instructions:
- Yellow tries to break the middle grid's line for a point.
- Red will begin possession
- If team in middle gets ball they have 3 sec to score on mini goals ( encourages maintaining possession).
- switch roles every minute

- large goal, 2 mini goals at edge of 18
Instructions:
- Offense (yellow) begins play to goals.
- Offense can score on big goal for 2 points, or smaller goals for 1 point.
- Defense has counter goal of passing or dribbling into half circle.
