SPEED WORK WITH BALL - STATIONS
1) Player 1 passes through cones, player 2 receives and can play back through central cones or to sides of cones (3 options)
2) Player 1 passes ball to player 2. Player 2 can return through games, outside gates or through central area (5 options)
3) Player 1 and player 2 both have 1 ball/each. Player 1 leads and player 2 must duplicate movements. On coaches command both players exchange balls

AGILITY WORK
1) Crucifix 1 - players jump between 4 quads with each foot on a different quadrant
2) Crucifix 2 - players jump between 4 quadrants with each foot on a different quadrant and touch other with 1 hand

BALANCE - ISOMETRIC TRAINING
-Player 1 serves to player 2, player 2 bounces on 1 leg and plays volley back (10 reps)-
-Player 2 turns (still bounces on 1 leg) and returns 10 volleys from player 3
