4v2 rondos with one spare man in between zones - his job is to find a lane to get the ball out of the square and switch the play into the other square (semi opposed if numbers allow) Begin with limit - 3/4 passes before we can look to switch play to ensure controlled possession. Spare man can link with rondo to creat bigger overload but must play on one touch if he does (scan shoulders etc)
Body shape - can we stay open to see both zones?
control - calm under pressure
options on the ball - everyone on the move.
Spare man - angles to receive - might be a short pass - drop to get it and take on back foot.

Attack V Defence & create wide overloads
4 Attackers V 4 Defenders + wide players (2,7,3,11)
Must get at least 3 passes before playing wide.
Relationships - runs off each other, communicate - encourage combination play in wide areas - wide players can only play with team attacking big goal - defending team transition to score in small goals if thery win ball back.
