Diamond Dribbling technique
a diamond of cones in a 5 x 5 grid
each player with a ball at their feet
coach commands tread the grapes (jog on the spot ready to move) and a direction (going right or left)
coach then commands a move (fake take, circle take, etc.)
key points
1. which foot to use for the move depending on the direction of the dribble
2. proper technique of the skill
3. big touch to the next cone (mimicking the move past the defender)
Can make it a competition once people get the session and first to get to the next cone shouts their name for a point
