if the red team scores in the two counter goals the teams switch if longer then 6 min change it manually
things to consider
is the team in build up correctly positioned
where is the ball being played is that where there are numbers
are players checking in for the ball
is the goalkeeper asking for the ball in his goal or outside of it
if the opposing team commits alot of players forward what do you do (go over them)
how do the midfielders get on the ball (body positioning where the pressure is)

scrimmage
reinforce the behaviors in the session in the scrimmage
add tactical elements for defending team that you want in game so red team is building out can you ask the blue team to press higher and make it harder for the team to build out
encourage players to make mistakes and take risks so they are comfortable keep undertone of the session positive but bring out the intensity by demanding the work ethic
