Organization:4 goal field 30x40. 3 teams 4v4+1
Instructions: 3 min. games winner stays on. Directional 2 points if goal is scored by switching fields. This will indirectly make players take first touch away from pressure and look to opposite side of field.
Coaching Points: 1.)Awareness of where defenders are. 2.) Can our first touch allow us to have more time on the ball which will lead to better decision making.

Organization:2 seperate grids; 20x25. (make bigger or smaller depending on how much success). 5v2. Attackers with 1 ball. Defenders a ball per player. Can also make one big grid, 10v4
Instructions: Defenders try and disrupt the passing by dribbling into passing lanes and at attackers. first Group to 15 passes, doesnt have to be consecutive. Switch defenders.
Coaching Points:1.) Passing away from pressure, or taking 1st touch away from presssure to allow for more time. 2.) Can we know where we are going with the ball before we receive it? 3.) Dont check into someone elses passing lane.
-Defenders: Dribble with bottom part of our vision, so we can also see where the attackers are going with the ball.

Progressions/Regressions: Ball cannot stop.
