Organization: 20x20 grid, 5v5+3
Instructions: Blue player will start with the ball, they are trying to keep the ball away from the red players. Neutral players have only one touch. When the red team recovers the ball, 4 players will make the transition from being inside the grid to going outside and one player from red will remain inside the grid. the blue players will go in the middle.
Coaching points: Body position, quality of pass, and how the players turn. how quick is the transition.
Progression: If the one of the teams get it to each side on te same play would count as one point. Players on the outside can do two touches.

Progression: If the red teams scores on a one time finish it would count as two points.

Instructions: Used the half of the field 7v7. Blue team will score in the small goals, while the green team will score in the big goal. Every time the ball goes out will resume from goal kick. If blue team scores in the small goal, they will make a transition and will now score in the big goal.
Coaching points: Body shape, how well is the team building from the back, movement on/off the ball.

Instructions: As soon as players arrive, they will grab a soccer ball and begging juggling.
Progression: Juggle 3 times kick the ball up in the air and control it with laces 3 mins. next progression is to control it withe inside part of the foot 3mins.
