Organization:

Instructions:
1. Player B checks at an angle.
2. Player A passes to player B who opens up to receive on back foot.
3. Player B passes to player C who dribbles back to starting point.
4. Continue rotation.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking movements - away and to ball.
2. Connection - eye contact and verbal communication.
3. Receive on the move.
4. Receive on back foot.
Progressions:
1. Player B pressure player C after pass.
2. Player C must beat player B with a move.

Organization:
1. 20x10 areas as shown.
Instructions:
1.Two options. Start with option A then move on to option B after a few minutes.
2. Option A: defensive pressure is late or defender sits back to cut off forward pass
3. Server plays a diagonal ball Player receiving opens up and plays target player.
4. Option B: pressure is tight, attacker sets diagonal pass back to server who completes forward pass.
5. Target player dribbles back to start at end of both options.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking movement to create passing lane
2. Weight and accuracy of pass
3. Communication - make a connection
4. Get in line to receive
5. Next action - double pass or open up
Progressions:
P - After ball reaches target player, defender presses and attackers look to play 2v1 give and go.

1. 50x30 area.
2. Endzones are 5x30.
Instructions:
1. 4v4 in central area with 4 target players in endzones.
2. Teams look to connect from one endzone to opposite endzone for a point.
3. Constant play.
4. Two minute games and losing team comes off.

1. Look over shoulder.
2. Connection - eye contact.
3. Checking movements.
4. Speed of play.

1. Limit touches for target players.

2. Counter goals on wings.
Instructions:
1. Team in white defends big goals and attacks counters on wings.
2. Team in white can also look to pass to target player.
3. Team in navy looks to win possession and score on regulation goal.
4. Ball always starts from GK (in pink) unless otherwise specified by coach.
5. Back 4 + GK and middle 3 vs. middle 4 and front 2.

2. Movements: quick feet, two feet steps, and side steps.
3. Incorporate isometric holds/pauses (standing on one foot prior to final sprint).
Coaching Points:
1. Mental focus - getting ready for session.
2. Correct execution of movements.
3. Gradual increase of intensity.
