Instructions:
-Partners dribble towards middle cone simultaneously and perform the given move / skill instructed by coach.
-Make eye contact with partner to begin, repeat
Roll, Feint, Scissors, Step Over, etc.
Coaching Points:
1.Controlled Approach
2. Timing of Move - just outside tackling radius
3. Body Shape - low centre of gravity
4. Change of speed and direction
5. Head up, accelerate away
Progressions:
Remove middle cone, partners perform skills on each other (passive pressure)

Organization:

Instructions:
-Defender (blue) passes / serves to attacking (white).
-Attacker scores by dribbling across opposite endline
-Defender scores by stealing ball and dribbling across attacker's endline
-No matter outcome, opposite player serves
-Keep score, 3 minute rounds
-Rotation: winners move up field, losers stay (exception of top field --> loser moves to bottom field).

2. Timing of Move (Observe position of defender)
3. Change of Speed / Direction
4. Accelerate / Close space behind defender

Regression:
Defender is passive

- Players may move ball forward by only dribbling or shooting (cannot pass forward)
- Players may pass only backwards or square

Warm Up - Musical Chairs
Organization:
Each player with ball in area
Instructions:
- Players dribble freely in area performing various ball mastery or dribbling skills / techniques as given by coach
- On Coach's call, "switch" players must stop their ball, find a new one, perform a given ball mastery technique (given number of times), then continue dribbling.
Coaching Points:
- Head up to find space and observe other players.
- Specific CP's for various ball mastery techniques.
Progressions:
- Pick up a ball on each "switch" (Musical Chairs). Last player remaining w/o ball is "out". Players that get out must perform 50 toe touches, foundations, etc. to re-enter square
-Players that get out, try to steal ball.
