Coaching Points:
-Striker: Double Movement - Check away then back - create space

-Midfielders - Play on Outside Shoulders - create space for pass down the centre - create space for themselves - gives opposition midfielders a problem of who to mark

Wingers - Two options - pull wide + ball to feet....or....diagonal run inside into space for ball in behind

Midfielders - Shoot or Slide - If get chance to drive to edge of box then have a shot. If closed down then can they slide a teammate in/keep possession.

Reds now playing 2-3-3.Blues playing 4-2-2.Reds trying to exploit the midfield three and then in turn work the ball into the box via a cross or pass by the front three

Three cones each side to act as Fullbacks (or have passive fullbacks to start with)
Red team: Midfield Three (6, 8, 10) Front Three (7, 11, 9)
Blue Team: CB x 2, CM x 2
Rules:
Ball always starts from 6 (server then joins in). Server plays in and Reds have to work a combination to end up with either a shot on goal, or a cross from a winger. If Blues win the ball, they score a point by getting the ball to the Red Number 6. Offside Rule Applies.
Play starts with Ball into Number 9 or Into 8/10
