Full backs crossing the ball inside of the 18th box to player A,B and C. Defenders will need to clear on no mkore then 2 touches trying to get the 2 small goals.

Organization: Phase of Play - Reds defend big goal in 1-4-2 shape. Blues start each repetition from at feeder at midfield and play 2 fullbacks, 4 midfiedlers and 2 forwards.
Coaching Points: exploiting space out wide to create crossing situations, execution of the cross, timing of the runs, execution of the finish

Screen 4 (20 mins)
Organization: Phase of Play - Winger dribbles down to the end line but can't beat the opposing fullback. The blue fullback receives a set back from the winger and plays a deep cross into the box.
Coaching Points: Technique of cross - driven to back post, timing of runs - when ball is played backwards forwards must cross to lose their marks, timing of jump, technique of header - finish or back across to strike partner.

Organization: Conditioned Game - 7v7 + GKs in one half. The game takes place inside the width of the 18, but 2 players from the attacking team and 1 player from the defending team can go into the wide areas. Goals can be scored from wide areas or through normal play. Offside rule is in play for both teams.
Coaching Points: timing of overlap, types of cross - early behind defenders, cut back, timing of movement, positioning between defenders to attack the cross, technique of finish
