Set-Up
Balls in a net
Instructions
The players and the support coach begin on a line
Green- Go
Red- Stop
Purple- Left or Right Side Shuffle
Blue- Hooping
White- Turn & Burn
The lead coach yells out different colors and direct players
Add a ball
Challenge
Revert to only red light and green light
The lead coach turns around and players begin running across the field
The lead coach yells run light and faces the players
If any players is seen moving they return to the start
The first players to cross the line wins

10x10 playing field
In each corner a 1x1 box
Balls in the middle
Instructions
The players are spread out between the four boxes
The players run into the middle and bring a ball back to their box
This is repeated until there are no balls left in the middle
The players can then run to another groups box and dribble a ball back to their box
Play several rounds
Challenge
Special Delivery - The players attempt to remove any ball from their box by dribbling to another groups box

A 20x15 yard field
Two nets are set up on each endline
Players are split into two groups
Instructions
The players are all given a ball
Players are attempting to score a goal on the opposite side of the field
When the player score a goal they must run back give their coach a high five and find a new ball
Challenge
Who can score x goals first?
Coaches attempt to stop the opposing teams players from scoring
