Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): POLE DRILL 1 to 5 (Start Time: 2022-03-20 23:00:00)

Pole Drill No.1 (5 mins)

1 Red player starts on either of the yellow cones with a ball

2 Blue player makes a hard run through the poles

3 Red player makes a pass to the blue player once they are in there half of the field

4 Blue player makes a square touch 5 Blue player on the orange cone makes a run to the opposite side yellow cone as 6 looks up to make a firm pass to 5

7 Red player who started with the ball make a hard run through the opposite poles and drill continues

Pole Drill No.3 (5 mins)

All players stand behind the middle orange cone to begin

1 Red player starts on either of the yellow cones with a ball

2 Blue player makes a hard run to the poles, but stays in his half

3 Red player makes a pass to the blue player through the poles when player is in position

4 Blue player takes a touch into opposition half 5 Blue player on the orange cone makes a run to the opposite side yellow cone as 6 looks up to make a firm pass to 5

7 Red player who started with the ball makes a hard run towards the opposite poles, staying in his half, and drill continues

Pole Drill No.5 (5 mins)

1 Red player starts on either of the yellow cones with a ball

2 Blue player makes a hard run through the poles into the other half

3 Red player makes a pass to the blue player once they are in there half of the field

4 Blue player takes a touch and bounces back to 1 

5 Red player takes a touch and makes a long firm pass to 6 blue player on the orange middle cone 

7 makes a run back through the cones 

6 Blue player takes a touch

8 looks up and makes a firm pass to 7 Blue player who takes a touch 

and bounces back to 6 

10 Red player who started runs hard through opposite poles into other half

6 blue player makes a pass to 11 and drill continues
