Keep short passes if possible, if not loook to play long into forwards feet or to wide areas of space.

Central Midfielder.
PLAYER IN POSSESSION.
Short sharp passes, in to feet and keep ball when possible (Black)
When team is moving at pace, hit areas and gaps that allow for quick interchanble movement off the ball (Red)
TEAM IN POSSESSION.
When ball on you side of the field, drop in deep to offer outlet to play.
If ball is on opposite side of field look to find window of space to play through and look to get forward whenever possible.

Attacking Midfielder.
PLAYER IN POSSESSION.
Looks to dictate tempo of play. To icrease speed play to space, to decrease speed play to feet.
Must be intelligent with passes.
TEAM IN POSSESSION
Find angles of play between lines of opposition.
Get beyond forwards when needed.
Dont be afraid to go backwards to DEF if needed (Keep posssesion rather than force passs forward.

Wide Midfielders
PLAYER IN POSSESSION
Be actively open to attack in 1 v 1 situations
Dont be afraid to play into feet and make a quick run to space.
Shoot whenever physically possible.

Add width to team.
Dont be afraid to run into the inside area when forward makes a run to the channel
If ball is on opposite side of field, make a late run for a cross and finish.

If Back to goal, play the way your facing (High Pressure) or turn and facilitate quick play (Low pressure)
Shoot whenever possible.
Quick sharp combinations between other central forward and deceptive runs off the ball will create space in behind opposition.
TEAM IN POSSESSION.
Sharp intelligent runs into different areas of the field.
Strong with back to goal - Body in the way, fins a way to hold off player behind.
Dont be afraid to run beyond players, even if that means being caught offside at times.
