Setup
1- Two lines with players at top of box. One coach on each goal post. Goalkeeper in goal.
Instructions
1- Coaches alternate feeding balls diagonally to first player in each line. Player must shoot on goal before crossing two cones.
2- After player shoots, rotate lines.
Coaching Points
1- Observe goalkeeper's position.
2- Keep head down, eyes on ball when striking.
3- Keep body over the ball.
4- Non-kicking foot should be alongside the ball.
5- Inside of foot will be more accurate, laces will have greater power. What is the best technique for your shot.

1- Two lines behind cones at top off box. Goal keeper in goal. One outside midflelder on each side with extra balls. Coach in middle of lines at top of box with extra balls.
Instructions
1- Coach feeds ball to one of the two players in front of line. As a team, complete 2 additional passes before a shot of goal.
2- After shot on goal, outside right midfielder crosses ball in to 2 players, who try to finish with a goal.
3- After cross from right midfielder, left midfielder plays ball in and 2 players try to finish.
4- 2 players rotate to end of lines.
Coaching points
1- Observe goalkeeper's position.
2- Keep head down, eyes on ball when striking.
3- Keep body over the ball.
4- Non-kicking foot should be alongside the ball.
5- Inside of foot will be more accurate, laces will have greater power. What is the best technique for your shot.
6- Outside midfielders need to play accurate balls in, avoiding goalkeeper.

1- Three lines of offfensive players at top of box. One line on each goal post with defenders. Goalkeeper in goal. Coach on outside of box with a pile of balls.
Instructions
1- Coach will play 5 balls in to offensive players anywhere in goal box. Offensive players trying to shoot and score on goal.
2- After 5 balls have been played, offensive players rotate to end of line, new set of 3 players enter box. Defensive players also rotate.
3- If Defensive players win the ball, they clear ball to either sideline.
Coaching Points

3- Keep body over the ball.

Light jog down and back
High knees down, heel kicks back
Shuffle down and back
Skip down and back
Jog 5 steps, pull in knee for hamstring stretch, repeat all the way down
Lunges back
Jog 5 steps, raise knee up and rotate out, repeat all the way down
Jog 5 steps, raise knee up and rotate in, repeat all the way back
Jog 5 steps forward, jog 5 steps backward, then sprint...do this down and back
