Organization
Two cones, 26 yards apart.
A different color cone in the middle of them (13 yards).
2 more cones 5 yards either side of the middle cone to form 2 gates.
A Player on each of the outside cones.
A Center Midfielder in between one of the gates.
Description
The outside player passes in to the Center Mid - who has checked away from the defender (middle cone) and is sideways on. The pass should be to the center midfielder's outside/furthest leg. He receives with one touch, and plays a pass with his second touch into the opposite outside player. The Center Mid then checks to the opposite gate and the process repeats. Switch the person in the middle every 2 minutes.

Two 25x30 Grids with a 5 yard space between them.
6 Players in Red Pinnies in One Box and 1 Player in Blue.
6 Players in Blue Pinnies in One Box and 1 Player in Red.
Description
Free play pass and move, the center midfielder (odd color pinnie) must touch the ball every 4th pass.

Give and Go with the Center Mid
When Center Mid receives, they pass in to the other grid
After 4 passes, you must pass to the Center Mid in the other grid

Organization
Set up an appropriate sized field for 7v7. One Goalie and then a 2-3-1.
Conditions
Center Mid must touch the ball 3 seperate times before a goal can be scored
Center Mid must switch the field before a goal can be scored
Coaching Points
Keep the Center Mid slightly delayed from play going forward so that they can observe the field.
Quality of knowing when to pass, who to pass to and how to pass the ball.
Change the Center Mid for both teams every 5 minutes.

In pairs, passing and receiving around a cone. Make sure to use all surfaces of both feet when controlling the ball around the cone. 2 touch if possible, 3 touch max.
