Organization:
Cones, Goal, Goalkeeper, 7v7 or 6v6 depending on numbers, 3 channels
Instructions:
- Possession in the middle channel (5 passes must be completed then the ball goes wide)
- Coach will call out which side it needs to go to
- Outside players have 2 touches to cross it into the box
- Inside players can't defend in the outside channels
- Keep score
Coaching Points:
Move the ball quickly with less touches, movement w/o the ball to create passing options, lofted or driven crosses into the box, winning the ball in the air (headers, volleys, etc).

Instructions:
Goal is to get the ball from end to end, first team to 10 wins the game

Open hips, head up to find openings and chances to switch early, quick passing w/ less touches
