Organization

  • 3 v1 to goal on half court 

Instructions

  • 2 team 
  • attacking team start on the half of the court with a square pass, as the pass is made corner player take the pivot place and we try to score on goal   

Coaching Points

  • corner player must quick place her self in front of the press and  move away front attracting the defender in to the space 
  • communication for the rotation and quick passes will be key

  • each age group will combine to make teams of 3v3, 4v4

    -the teams will compete in a round robin tournament

    -3 points for a win 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss
