1 team starts as attack and the other defending
the aim is to for the attacking team to get through the cones in the middle zone
you can pass or dribble through the cones
once the team goes through the cones all the team can attack. This also allows the blue team to defend in all zones.
the attacking team can score in any goal.
if blues win the ball they become the attacking team and start in the centre zone

limit touches in the middle zone
blues can score in either goal if they win the ball
add another 2 lots of cones so there are 6 to go through
make the pitch larger (use half a pitch)

player can dribble through and then all the team can then join in,once the player is through the cones the red team can attempt to score. they can score in either goal. the blue team can also enter all zones to try to stop the goal

players can move the ball around to find an open set of cones. blues try to stop them getting through.

player can pass through for a red player to run onto. once the red player gets the ball the whole team can join in the other zones. the blue team can enter both zone to stop the goal.

you can change direction and attack the opposite goal.
If the reds score a goal they continue in attack, but if the blue team stop the goal, they become the attackers.
the game starts again in the middle zone.

red players will dribble inside the smart goals with a ball each
Each blue player will stand behind a set of smart goals
after a set time a red or blue light will come on the smart goal
If a blue light comes the first player to dribble through that set of smart goals and they go into the next round
if a red light comes on the inside player has to pass to the blue player behind that set of smart goals, the ball must go in between the smart goal and set off the light to go through. if they miss they are still in the middle
the last person left in the circle is out and they then wait on the outside (good chance to practise 1v1 skills while waiting)
the game then start with the remaining 5 players an so on until the 2 players competing against each other. they will have to knock off 2 lights to win.
they will then exchange with the blue team
