THE SESSION:
- Area: Inside Penalty Area Players: Split into 3 teams + 1 GK
- Players play 5v5+5 inside penalty box (or adjust numbers to suit), teams both trying to score in big goal using support players to create overloads. No rebounds . If a team regains possession they must pass to outside target before they can shoot. First team to score 2 eliminates opposition.
PROGRESSIONS:
- One touch after receiving from support player
- Headers/Volleys = automatic win
- 2 Goals for 1 touch finish
