Organization:
Each red player has a soccer ball
Blue players do not need a soccer
Instructions:
Players drive their car around.
2 players are taggers, if a player driving their car around is tagged
they become a tunnel (hold ball above their head and stand with
legs open)
Another player must drive their car through the tunnel players legs
in order to free them
Coaching Points:
Keep ball close when near taggers
Bigger touches when in open space
Head up, observe target
Try to avoid taggers while dribbling to free players

More taggers

R - play without soccer balls. Players crawl through legs of frozen players to free them.

Organization:
players in pairs 7-15 yards apart(depending up skill level)
one ball per group
Instructions:
players without the ball stand with their legs spread open to create a gate
players with ball try to pass through their partner's legs
ball goes clean through- 3 points
ball hits leg and goes through- 2 points
ball hits leg and goes out- 1 point
Coaching Points:
inside of the foot to pass the ball
plant foot (non kicking foot) next to the ball
head up before passing to see where the partner is

right foot only
left foot only

Organization:
1. Set up field as shown. Two cones set up 10 yards apart (can be moved further or closer depending on age and skill level)
2. One player near each cone
3. Additional balls if needed
Instructions:
Players will pass the ball through their partners legs to try and knock down the cone for 1 point
Players will then rotate trying to know over the cone with a pass
Demonstrating the proper technique of the Inside Pass
Coaching Points:
1. Receive with furthest foot from the ball
2. Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
3. Angle of approach – center
4. First touch shouldn't stop the ball right on your foot, touch should take the ball into space so you can dribble or pass with your next action.
Progressions:
Receiving players can open and close legs to make it more challenging for the passing player
