Component 1
4v4 to big Goal
1. Ball played by feeding player to attacking team (Blue)
2. Attacking team attempt to score in large goal.
3. Defending team (Orange) attempt to win ball and score in small goals.
4. Attacking team rotate with 4 waiting players
5. Ball fed from opposite side.
Advice to Defenders
1. Pressing player closest to ball
2. Other defenders shuffle across to cover and give depth
3. No more than 2 defenders in a box.
4. Defenders start on red, but try to keep high line up to blue. Only allow one beyond blue.
5. Quick to press and step up.
Progression
One of the rotating feeders starts as a striker to to make a 5V4, defending team to think about high offside line, but also ready to run positions if breached. Try to remain facing the play to win ball in positive manner unless breached.

Component 2
8v8 involving 2 large goals
1. Ball starts with GK (Yellow) and plays to lb/rb
2. Defending team (Orange) start 2 CM on blue line, while 4 def start on red.
3. Once ball is played def step up to blue, releasing CM to press with striker.
4. Play ends once a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play.
Coaching Points
As previous.
As well as:
1. CMs available to press by defenders stepping up to win ball high and push strikers back towards own goal.
2. Position of CM will decide whether LB/RB tries to send player wide, attempt to win ball or push into traffic (Other defending players)

Phase of Play
1 directional play 8V7 (1 feeder/target)
1. Play always starts with GK (Yellow) who is a feeder, but also a target for Defending team (Orange) if they get the ball.
2. Attacking team try to score in large goal.
3. Defensive line to start on edge of box, but step up to to press high with offside line.
4. Ball starts with yellow once play breaks down.

1. Breached (Space too big, not pressed quick enough, poor cover)
2. Shot at goal/ goal scored (Slow to press, poor shape, spaces between)

1. Play starts with end player passing to wall player.
2. Wall player plays pass in behind defender.

4. Player goes to back of group and play starts again, this time on the opposite side.
