3v2-3v3 (20 mins)

Organization: 2x 18y boxes on top of each other.

Instructions:

Defenders start with a pass to either defender and attack the goal 3v2. Attacking team can only score on the attacking half of the field. The person who scores/misses runs around a blue cone before he can defend. Once the team scores the attackers start with their counter attack as soon the ball goes out of bounds.

Coaching Points:

- Rec. where attack is unfolding (remaining 2 defenders think about preventive shape).

- Def. individually to slow down attack (don't dive in and get beat, force to outside of the field + block middle).

- Once trailing defender arrives intensity goes higher to step to the ball.
