Staff Led Activity (15 mins)
Set Up
Full turf at RMSC Turf or Half BME gym
Scattered hoops
Balls in a pile
Instructions
Players are penguins and swimming in the ocean
When staff yells icebergs players must find a hoop and stand in it
When staff yells swim players return to swimming in the ocean
Progressions
Different movements (Skipping, hopping, jumping, etc.)
Colored icebergs (red, yellow, green, blue)
Take away icebergs
Add a ball
Coach Role
Engaging with players (encouragement or applying light pressure)
Helping direct struggling players

Coach Led Activity (15 mins)
Set Up
Full turf at RMSC Turf or Half BME gym
Balls behind the net
Instructions
Eagles (Players) begin on the other side of the field
Bear (Coach) begins in front of their cave (Net) with their back turned or lying down
The Eagles must fly across the field and steal the bears honey (ball) and bring it back into their net
If the Bear wakes up the eagles must fly back to their tree (Net)
Progressions
Have players take turns being the bears
Staff Role
Engaging with players (encouragement or applying light pressure)
Helping direct struggling players
Demonstrating
Creating a fun environment

Final Game (10 mins)
Set Up

Instructions
Players begin in front of one net
Staff/Coach begin in other net
Players must score on coaches nets
Once scoring players must touch their own net before finding another ball

Coaches move their net around
Switch nets
Split the team in half and play each other
