Timings:
Technical: 15 minutes
Skill: 20 minutes
SSG: 25 minutes

Equipment:
2 Goals, Cones, Footballs, 6 Red Bibs, 6 White Bibs, 6 Blue Bibs, Flats

Players:
12 + 2GK (Bib before session)

5 Pillars:
Physical: Medium/High intensity. Each practice work-rest ratio is different. Maximum ball rolling time. When ball goes out of play, footballs located in good positions for play to restart straight away.
Technical: High reps - Loads of ball rolling time. Medium realism.
Tactical: Technical - low tactical outcome. Skill - Medium tactical outcome. SSG - Medium tactical outcome
Social: Team meetings in skill and SSG to come up with ways of create chances, and how to stop the opposition from scoring .
Psychological: Challenging players in each individual practised. How many chances can they create. How many goals can they score.

Practise Layout:
The practice requires 12 players, positioned in the 2 area.
1. White coned area 2x 20x30
2. 6 players per group
4. Spare footballs located around the outside.

Technical Practise:
1. In group one with the mannequins, players play a 1-2 combination before they can strike on goal. A player starts behind the mannequin, shows for the ball, plays a 1-2 with the top player shooting. The player who was on the mannequin gets the ball and joins the next line, while the shooter goes to the mannequin. 2 touch finish.
2. In the other group. Player 1 plays to player 2 who bounces the pass back. Plyer 1 then plays the ball to either of the Player 3s, who delievetrs a cross to where, Player 1 and 2 should be waiting for a 1 touch finish.
3. 4 minutes active with interventions - 1 minute rest (Groups Change Over)
4. Points System
- Corners: 3 points
- Normal Goal: 1 point
Competition against the other team. Most points on ecah activity wins.

Skill Practise:
1. 3v2 into 1v2
2. 3 reds start with the ball, attacking against 2 blue defenders. The aim for the reds is to score. If they do score, the player which scored stays on the pitch, with a ball being played to the 2 defenders who now become attackers creating a 2v1. If they score, the drill restarts with the blues starting with 3 players.
3. If the defensive team score when overloaded, then they get more points but the drill restarts.
3. 4 minutes active with interventions - 1 minute rest (Add Progressions)
4. Points System
- Goal = 1 point
- Goal when overloaded = 2 points
Competition against the other team. Most points wins.

Progression 1 - If the defensive team win back possession of the ball and score within 6 seconds. Then they will get 5 points.

Progression 2 - Teams only have 10 seconds to score.

1. How goals can you score in a set period of time?
2. Can you score within 6 seconds?
3. Can you score within 6 seconds from winning the ball against the overloaded attackers?

Skill Practise:
1. 5v5
2. Players play a normal 5v5 game. If the ball goes out of play, an outside player plays a ball in.
3. 3 minutes active with interventions - 1 minute rest (Introduce Progression)

Progression 1 - Teams have 7 seconds to get a shot at goal. If not done, a freekick goes to the opposition.

Progression 2 - All players must in in the attacking half for the goal to stand.

Progression 3 - If not all defending players are in the defensive half, when a goal is scored then the goal is doubled.

1. How many goals can you score?
2. How quick can you regain possession and score? Within 6 seconds?
3. How quickly can they transition from defence into attack?
4. Can they win the ball back in 6 seconds?
