Freeze Tag (15 mins)

Organization: Begin without a ball. One or two players begin as freezers. Players must avoid freezers. If a player is tagged by a freezer they are frozen and stand with the arms away from their body. Other (unfrozen) players can run under their out stretched arms to unfreeze them. Rounds should be 45-60 seconds then change the freezers.

Progression: Players who are not frozen must dribble a ball. Players become frozen when a freezer touches the ball with their foot. When a player is frozen they pick-up their ball and stand with their feet apart. To unfreeze an individual dribble your ball and pass it through their legs.

Objectives: Players dribble with pace, keeping close control of the ball.

Competition: Work as a team to ensure the freezers do not freeze everyone at once.
