Pattern to endzone (fluid / free patterns)
Target player plays into middles 3 who have to combine and play across to opposite traget player. The person who passes switches with the target player...upon receiving, the target player passes into the middle group and joins.

Teams have to keep the ball away from the opposition and can use the outside targets to do so. Switch roles every round.
