Organization: 3 groups. Central team presses and tries to intercept passes across. If the ball gets across middle defenders press and far group comes in to cover the middle. Each far end group gets a point everythime they play across. Defenders win a point by playing back to central channel defenders. 2-3 minute rounds
Coaches role: Supply of balls. Encourage and motivate defenders
Technical: angle of approach
Tactical: pressure cover balance, pressure traps, forcing play, making it predictable, presing triggers (bad touch/pass, square ball) working as a group, tempting passes
Social: communication, reading body language
Psychological: sprinting when pressing, slowing down and getting low
Physical: High intensity rounds, making body contact, shielding

Organization: Opposition start with ball, from GK or coaches playing balls in.
Coaches role: Vary service and starting points, manage the flow of the pressing team
Technical: defensive stance and tackling technique
Tactical: Identifying when to press, cutting off the field, making play predicatable, pressure traps
Social: Communicating with team mates, reading body shape/language
Psychological: Intensity, desire to win the ball back
Physical: High intensity rounds, making body contact, shielding

Organization: 9vs9 game
Coaches role: Maintian flow by having balls ready, encourage and highlight players going 1vs1. Observe individual players and groups ability to execute skills practised. Coach in the flow and natual stoppages

Organization: 1vs1. Defnder passes to attacker to initiate. Point scored if attacker dribbles through defenders gate. Defender gets 2 points if they win ball and dribble through attackers gate
Coaches role: Encourage intensity and quick repetitions. Motivate players to press with intensity
Technical: Tackling techniques, poke, block, hook
Tactical: Forcing towards the touchline, make play predicatable
Social: Encouraging/communicating with team mates when waiting turn
Psychological: Bravery, desire, urgency
Physical: High intensity rounds, acceleration then slow and get low, defensive stance
