LC Left first time

Long Corner/free hit around the 25 line on the left side of goal. 

Taker moves away early for another player/DM/Screen to replace them and connect with them. 

Receiver looks for first time slap/sweep into the circle. 

Important to have another lead towards the ball so opposition believe they will be receiving the pass. 

We can mirror this on the right side as well. 

Additional variation: 'dummy receive' and allow the ball to go all the way through to the left midfield for a carry in to the circle.

LC right crash ball/Drag flick low

Long Corner / Free hit on right side. 

Short sharp pass to edge of circle for a pass back out to either the screen who has adjusted or the Central defender. 

Central defender looks to drag flick the ball below knee height (bouncing ball is ideal as likely to gain PC outcome) looking for deflection. 

Can also be done wider on the pitch.
