Instructions: Dribble freely, executing pull back, V, and Xavi turns in cone goals (8-10)
Coaching Points: Balance through turn, good fake (make it seem like you are getting rid of it), head up to see where to take turn touch.
Progressions:weak foot, semi-opposed (no tackling/kick aways, only takeaways).

Main Activity 2 (20 mins)
Organization: (2) 10x15 grids with balls at one side of each grid.
Instructions: 1v1s. Attacker receives pass from defender and looks to dribble through either gate to score 1 point. Use turns like pullback, V, Xavi to fake defender and beat to spot (gate opening).
