Set up:
Splil up Gks... Half in the goal and half will serve
1. Servers are set up at 3 different angles, with balls
2. Coach yells out a number (1, 2 or 3)
3. GK gets to the angle, sets and saves the shot
4. Shots can go far or near but stay low on first progression
5. On Second Progression, Server takes a small touch and can not shoot however and wherever.
6. Gk is now working on when to set and not fall back
