Using 1 ball per 4 players (approximately). Players move around the box where ever they want but not in circles. Techniques to incorporate include:

-The use of any goalkeeper throw,

-A ground roll,

-A volley,

-A half volley,

-A kick off the ground,

-A throw into the air for a high catch,

-Point to the desired side for a low save,

-Point to the desired side for a mid-height save.

Coaching points to focus on include:

-Is the goalkeeper set?

-Is the goalkeeper on the balls of their feet?

-Is the goalkeeper sationary as the serve is played?

-Is the goalkeeper moving or catching the ball early?

-During the high catch, can the goalkeeper give an early "KEEPER" call?
