Organisation: Play Into and Across the Ball Side (Vision and Awareness)
- 40x40 yard grid with 4 yard 'zones' in each corner
- 2 teams of 7 inside the playing area with 1 yellow neutral inside and 4 on the outside positioned in each corner.
- Challenge neutral players to play on 1 touch
Activity:
- The team in possession utilize the outside players to create an overlaod in possession. The only condition is you cannot play play the same neutral player twice in a row. For every 5 consecutive passes = 1 point.
- 2 min games then change the corner players
Pro:1) 4Targets in the corners – Each team has 2 targets that they can utilize(Diagonal from each other). Toscore, you must link with both your targets in same possession
Pro:2) Allow player to drive out of the corner and into the middle, but, 1 of their teammates must replace them
Coaching Points:

Organisation:
- 3 Teams of 5. 1-2-3 positional structure
Activity:
- 2 teams play 5v5 plus GK's with two yellow targets positioned on the outside.
Conditions: Ball must go from 1 side to the other side in order to score or you can make 6 passes and go to goal.
Pro:1) On Transition - you can go directly towards goal, but, if you make more than 3 passes then the ball has to go outside
Coaching Points:
- We want to fix the opposition to one side, but, we need create wide overloads by supporting that side with numbers
- Consistently maintain an openbody shape that allows you to see both your target players, support players andopponents
- Always support on angles (underneath or ahead of the ball) - NO SQUARE PASSES
-Affect the Switch - Once we change the game - need to get in on goal quickly

Organisation: 7v7+3 Six Goal Game
- 19 players are organized into two teams of eight (including a GK) and 3 neutrals
Activity:
- Each team are organized into back 3- two midfielders and 3 forwards, and each defend 1 bigger goal and 2 wide minie goals. The +1 player plays for team in possession to create an overload.
- If teams score in the central goal its worth 2 points, while goal scored in the wide mini-goals are worth 1 point. Play 2x 10 minute games with 1 mins recovery.
Pro:1) Award teams that score possession again (Make it-Take it) so they can continue their momentum and build again.
