Diamond & Square

Blue players are passing within the diamond

Passing - Once you have passed the ball, you then follow your pass to the next cone

Receiving - Once you receive the ball, your 1st touch should take you through the white gate then you pass to the next player

Orange players are passing within the square

Once you pass the ball, you then move to the empty cone, every player will repeat, passing and moving within the square

Same process as before for the blue player

When on the red cone in the small shaded area, you receive the pass, go through the white gate and pass to the next blue player. Once you play the pass, you then go in to the middle and try and get the ball from he orange players

When you get the ball from the orange players, you just join the outside and continue the diamond passing pattern.

When you are on the cone in the small shaded area, you always go into the middle once you have received and passed the ball. If you are in the shaded area once you get the ball and there is someone already in the middle, you jut carry on passing around the diamond
