Organisation:
2 areas setup - 1 15x15 yds with Slalom between each cone as in diagram
2 30x20 yd mini pitch with goal at either end.
Players split into two groups.
2 balls in area 1, 5 balls in area 2
Instruction:
Area 1 - 6 players, Two players on opposite starting corners and one player on each of the oher two corners. Player's with the ball driible to the slalom and then dribble through it ensuring they do not miss a section of the slalom. Once at the other end they pass to the waiting pleyer who then goes through the next slalom............
Area 2 - Players are split into 2 x 3 players. 3 players (Defenders) at one corner with a ball each and the other 3 players (attachers) at the oppoisite end. The front defender passes accross the pitch to the attacker and enters the pitch. The attacker receives the ball and enters the pitch trying to beat his/her opponent and trying to score. Knce the ball is ouit the game is over and the next two players go.
Rotate areas after 10 minutes
Coaching points:
Keep ball close to feet,
Lots of touches using different surfaces of the foot,
Keep head up and scan area,
Change of pace,
Cange of direction.

Encourage players to use the topic in the SSG trying to dribble past opponents in 1v1 situations in the wide and advanced areas of the pitch

Instructions:
Players start by dribblling around square 1 performing disserent ball mastery exercises and turns.
Progression:
King of the ring,
After being eleminated from square 1 players move into square 2,
After being eliminated from square 2 players move into square 3,
Once eliminated from square 3 players are out of the game.
